Utsunomiya Plant
The Utsunomiya Plant is located within the precincts of Nihon Parkerizing’s Utsunomiya Site (Total Area: 46,492 m2).
Established in 2018, it is currently equipped with a Cleanroom No. 1 and Cleanroom No. 2.
Cleanroom No.1（315㎡）
The area used for manufacturing CHIDORI.
The cleanroom is divided into a coating area and an inspection area, and has a monthly production capacity of 100,000 units. Total inspection is conducted upon receipt of pressed parts, and properties such as shape are measured and recorded automatically.
Cleanroom No.2（383㎡）
This area is dedicated to coating catheters and medical device components.
Inside the cleanroom, there are separate zones including the catheter guidewire painting area, the automatic coating area for medical device components, and the inspection area.
Catheter guide wire processing is carried out with extreme caution regarding handling of the units, as well as for coating quality.
In addition, inspection is conducted in accordance with client requests. Our foremost aim is to provide products that can be used with full confidence in their safety and reliability.
